At Ferndown Bowls Club, we pride ourselves on our friendly approach to playing bowls.  On a weekly basis, throughout the season, we hold fun competitions and roll ups which cater for all abilities and experience.

That is not to say that there is not a competitive side to the club. There are Ladies and Men’s teams playing in the Bournemouth & District, Dorset Leagues, Percy Baker and Edna Paisley.

In addition, we organise internal individual and team competitions, some of which are on a mixed basis.  There is an Open Day each year which is well attended.  Our President’s/Charity Day is the highlight of the season. Club competitions are completed on our Finals Day with trophies being presented at our End of Season Presentation Luncheon. At Ferndown Bowls Club we love our bowling: Sun, rain, & all weathers!
